Emergency/Critical Care

Dr. Cooper majored in Animal Science at California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo before traveling to New Zealand in 2003. There, she met her husband and stayed on to earn her veterinary degree at Massey University in Palmerston North, New Zealand. She helped to ignite the first student emergency and critical care society and did several specialty externships in California, including one at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Cooper loves to travel, and upon completion of her degree she moved to Canada to enjoy winter sports and to pursue her interests in emergency medicine at Calgary Animal Referral and Emergency Centre. At ACC in Los Angeles, she is able to further indulge her interests in emergency/critical care as well as diagnostic imaging.
